Annual Spring Clean Up

April 26 @ 8:30 am - 11:00 am

Our Annual Spring Clean Up is Saturday, April 26th. We start at 8:30 a.m. and, if you are not a morning person, it’s okay to wander in a little late!

We are asking for volunteers to help clean and polish the many antiques and furnishings at the Inn. No experience is necessary—just a desire to help out for an hour or two to put the Inn back into good shape. As the saying goes, “Many hands make light the work!”

If you aren’t able to make it on this date and still want to help, consider dropping off some paper towels, trash bags, and/or cleaning supplies to be used for cleanup. Items can be dropped off on Thursdays from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Callahan Research Center, 100 Mercer Street, Newtown, or leave a message for the NHA at (215) 968-4004 if you need to make other arrangements.

We appreciate all of the time and effort generously given by many volunteers over the years to maintain our treasured Half-moon Inn. We hope to see you on April 26th to continue this tradition!
