Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol”

December 2, 2016 @ 6:30 pm - 10:00 pm

alisa-dupuyThis winter season we have a special fundraiser planned. One of our members, Alisa Dupuy of The Ladies of History Historical Productions, will be performing a one-woman show of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. She will portray Ebenezer Scrooge’s sister, Fan, come to regale us with his story. The show is about 50 minutes long and features Ms. Dupuy acting out all of the characters and bringing this timeless story to life for us in the delightful ambiance of our beloved Half Moon Inn.

There will be a cocktail hour beforehand and we encourage people to have an early dinner in Newtown at one of the many fine eating establishments before the show which will begin at 7:30 pm. Cocktails will be open house from 6:30 until show-time on December 2nd, 2016.
