Garden Walk 2022

June 18, 2022 @ 8:30 am - 12:00 pm

Join us for the 5th annual NHA Garden Walk on Saturday, June 18th. The walking tour of our local gardens begins in the back garden of the Half-moon Inn with Registration beginning at 8:30 am. The walk will then visit approximately 9 private gardens and see many others along the way in both the Borough and 2 gardens nearby in the Township. The walking route is about 2.5 miles at a leisurely pace over 2-3 hours. The walk ends back at the Half Moon Inn and then there is a short drive by car to the 2 additional gardens in Newtown Township.

A $10 donation is requested and these funds go to the maintenance of the Boone Garden, owned by the Newtown Historic Association and located across Court Street from the Half-moon Inn. There’s a lot to see and appreciate in our small town! So, bring a friend, wear your walking shoes and plan to arrive from 8:30 AM until the start of the walk at 9:00 AM. No reservations are necessary. The Garden Walk is held rain or shine.

For more information, call Mary Jo Garner at 215-858-0939.
