During our September general meeting at the historic Court Inn, Captain Daniel Bray’s life comes alive in a first-person program tracing his journey from farmer and Delaware River waterman to militia leader, including his role securing boats for Washington’s 1776 crossing. The narrator is Daniel Nurmi McAuliffe.

Grab your team and join us for Tavern Trivia Night at the historic Half-Moon Inn, with drinks, snacks, friendly competition, great prizes, and questions covering pop culture, history, sports, music, movies, and more. This is a ticketed event.

Market Day is an annual Newtown tradition in its 50th year that takes place in the historic borough streets and is highly anticipated by our close community and surrounding Bucks County.

Join us for a tour of the Newtown Cemetery to explore the final resting place of local business professionals who provided essential services and products to Newtown. The tour leader is NHA Board member Susan Thompson.

During our October general meeting at the historic Court Inn, you will learn about the Newtown Treasury, which is most famous for being the site of the Doan Gang Treasury Robbery in 1781. The presenter is Matt Bielecki.
