Fee: $125 per 12’ x 12’ space, $200 for oversized
Applications due June 15, 2026.

To apply for a Food or Food Truck space with a credit card, please complete this online application. Items marked (*) are required.

Newtown Historic Market Day offers up to (10) 12’x12’ spaces for high-quality artisan food vendors and (6) parking spots to high-quality food trucks. All applications are reviewed & not guaranteed to be accepted. Only those who are selling their own hand-made items will be considered. Food items must be artisanal, non-franchise and packaged to take home or immediately eaten. Vendors not following these requirements will be asked to leave and forfeit all fees. Please read these Terms and Conditions.

Liabilities*

By checking this box, Vendor agrees to assume all liability and indemnifies the Newtown Historic Association, its board and its volunteer staff, from and against any and all claims, with loss of life, personal injury, property damage and/or theft, arising from or out of the installation, setup, operation and dismantling of exhibit.

Insurance*

By checking this box, vendor agrees to list Newtown Borough and the Newtown Historic Association as additional insured with a $1 million aggregate. Food vendors must obtain all appropriate permits, licenses and inspections required by Bucks County and Newtown Borough.

Come join us for a Friday evening guided stroll through the beautiful and architecturally-rich streets of historic Newtown Borough. A “good will” donation of $5.00 would be appreciated.

“The Life and Times of Captain Daniel Bray: From Waterman to Militia (1741 to 1840)” presented by Daniel McAuliffe

September 21, 7:30pm - 9:00pm

During our September general meeting at the historic Court Inn, Captain Daniel Bray’s life comes alive in a first-person program tracing his journey from farmer and Delaware River waterman to militia leader, including his role securing boats for Washington’s 1776 crossing. The narrator is Daniel Nurmi McAuliffe.
