Newtown Historic Association Family Fun Day

June 28 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Join us Sunday, June 28, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for docent-led tours of the Half-Moon Inn, along with family activities including:

    • Historical dress photo shoot
    • America 250 coloring contest
    • Corn hole
    • Potato sack races
    • Spoon and potato races
    • Tug of war
    • Muster drills
    • Quilt making activity
    • Quill pen and ink writing

This event is free and open to the public. All are invited and you do not have to be a member to attend. Rain date: Sunday July 19, 2026.

By attending NHA, or NHA-related, events and activities, you allow the Newtown Historic Association (NHA) to record or photograph you during your attendance and to use these images for promotional and archival purposes on any medium for an unlimited period.
