Newtown Borough Council: 246 S. State St. Condemnation/Demolition

We invite any and all residents of our historic community who are concerned about the condemnation of the property at 246 S. State Street, Newtown Borough, to attend the meeting of Newtown Borough Council Tuesday December 12th at 7:00pm at the Chancellor Center, 30 N. Chancellor Street in Newtown.

The NHA’s concern is how the demolition of both the house and barn on this property may impact the historic character of our town.
